Part of Insurance Australia Group (known as IAG), were proud to be one of Australias most iconic brands.Your RoleJoining NRMA Insurances Motor Pricing team, youll develop and implement pricing strategies for the portfolio, using a combination of technical model outputs, market insights, monitoring, and portfolio inputs. Youll deliver best-in-class pricing outcomes by balancing strategic and commercial considerations. Youll work in close collaboration with various stakeholders to align business needs and manage risks associated with pricing design and execution.Day to day youll advise on go-to-market pricing strategies in partnership with the technical pricing team and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives. Youll also contribute to the development of pricing capabilities and techniques, embedding best practices across the pricing function, and ensuring strong governance and adherence to pricing principles and customer commitments.In addition to strategic responsibilities, youll also play a key leadership role within the team, mentoring colleagues and supporting a high-performance culture. This includes guiding Analysts and Senior Analysts, especially when adopting new methods, leading educational sessions, and assisting team members preparing for exams and professional qualifications.This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants from all major cities in Australia.About YouDemonstrated ability to leverage pricing models (e.g. GLM, GBM) and tools such as R or Python to develop data-driven pricing strategies.
