Thats what makes this recognition so meaningful: Best Built & Natural Environment Consulting Firm (>$30M revenue) Most Trusted Firm: Built & Natural Environment Consulting Best Provider of ESG Services: Built & Natural Environment ConsultingWith over a decade of company experience, built on the wider experience of our team, EMM understands the complexities and requirements of built, historical and Aboriginal cultural heritage and the critical importance it plays in the environmental assessment, project approval process and increasing implications of public perceptions for a project.Heres what you can expect in your new role with EMM:You will work on a range of built heritage projects at local, state, national, commonwealth and world heritage levels.Youll be collaborating with consultants across Aboriginal and historical heritage, as well as working with a variety of experts across EMM to deliver multi-disciplinary projects.Your experience will see you play a role in managing and implementing projects across a variety of industries, including infrastructure, construction and mining, from preparing proposals to liaising with clients and the community.You will deliver a range of reports, from assessments, approvals to post-approval mitigations.You can count on the support you need to deliver exceptional quality with specialist teams across EMM and leaders who are truly present and excited to help you deliver.Whether you learn best through structured development programs, mentoring or on the job with industry leaders, youll have the support you need to grow.Youll have the autonomy, flexibility and support you need to balance all aspects of your life.With offices across Australia; youll be able to flex and enjoy hybrid working at its best.Heres what youll bring to have impact:Expertise in built heritage assessment, including research, fabric analysis, and architectural styles, with a strong understanding of NSW heritage legislation, particularly the Heritage Act 1977.Project experience in construction and infrastructure, with mining experience desirable but not essential.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Planning, Architecture or Conservation Studies.Strong report writing and communication skills, with experience in Heritage Impact Statements, Assessments, Conservation Management Plans, Development Assessments, and Environmental Impact Assessments.Ability to navigate statutory approval pathways, including exemptions and conditions of consent.Confident project management skills, handling multiple projects while meeting client needs, deadlines, and budgets.Problem-solving mindset, developing reverse briefs, contributing to tenders, and engaging in stakeholder negotiations.Self-motivated and proactive, working autonomously under senior direction while contributing innovative solutions.Respect you listen and understand others views and work together to create opportunities for all.Integrity - you do what is right for your stakeholders to deliver what is true as opposed to popularHumility - you understand the strength of humility and that no one is bigger than the team.If youre looking to be part of a team that values innovation and empowers you to make a real impact, EMM could be the place for you.When you submit your application, look out for our email confirming safe receipt and important information regarding next steps.Our goal is to build a team of EMMers that looks like the world around us and we want EMMers to stay and grow.
