If you are passionate about Software Engineering and want to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply.ASD 4 Software Engineers:Perform coding, testing, reviewing, correcting and documenting of moderately complex programs and program modifications using supplied specifications, standards and toolsAcquire and apply knowledge of intermediate domain technologiesAcquire and apply knowledge of relevant development technologiesListen to internal and external stakeholders to meets needs and expectationsRecommend solutions to issues impacting on the achievement of desired outcomesWill be required to share information, monitor work practices, set work priorities and develop local proceduresSeek advice and guidance where required.ASD 5 Software Engineers:Perform coding, testing, reviewing, correcting, and documenting of moderately complex programs and program modifications using supplied specifications, standards and toolsContribute to the work of the team and continuous improvementAcquire and apply knowledge and experience in development technologiesBuild and sustain effective working relationships with team members and actively participate in team work and group activitiesEngage with relevant stakeholders and understand their expectations and concernsCollate options and recommend a solution to issues impacting on the achievement of desired outcomesCapable of reviewing and developing the quality of work undertaken by others and identifying opportunities for on-the-job trainingSeek advice and guidance on more complex activities.Further information can be found at: Im changing my career | Australian Signals Directorate (asd.gov.au)About our TeamASD is recruiting for ASD 4 & 5 Software Engineers.
