You will serve as the primary technical authority, ensuring scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead technical strategy for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.Design and document architecture, data models, and integration points.Provide hands-on leadership in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders to align with overall IT architecture.Implement governance and controls for Salesforce development, deployment, and security compliance.Drive innovation in Salesforce solutions and integrate with Power BI, APIs, ESB, and other platforms.Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product updates and industry trends.Provide strategic guidance to senior management and stakeholders on platform capabilities and roadmap.Required Skills:5-10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a strong focus on core modules.Expertise in Salesforce customization, development, and integration (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Proficiency in Salesforce integration, including APIs and Azure AD/AWS preferred.Experience collaborating with enterprise architects and project teams.Additional Information:Hybrid role with 2 days on-site in Sydney CBD.Contract role preferred; permanent candidates will also be considered.Interviews conducted by Capgemini.Note:This job opportunity is exclusively available to candidates with the skills required by the JD.
