Join to apply for the Senior Group FP&A Analyst role at Lion About the Role We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Group Finance Team in Sydney, reporting to the FP&A Manager. You will support the FP&A team in delivering consolidated budgets, forecasts, performance reports, and analysis for the Group Leadership Team, Board, and our parent company in Japan. Your insights will enable senior management to make informed decisions and manage business performance to meet strategic goals. This role offers hybrid flexibility, allowing you to work both from the office and remotely. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Unit finance teams to consolidate and report on the Group''s budget. Provide high-level, regular reporting to the Group Leadership Team, Board, and parent company. Support capital management forecasting and reporting. Conduct analysis and deliver insights to support strategic decision-making. Identify and implement system and process improvements. Qualifications and Skills Strong accounting skills. Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and problem-solving. High attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Continuous improvement mindset. Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. CA/CPA/ACCA qualification or working towards it. Minimum of 5 years experience in a large corporate environment.
