Senior Business AnalystClerk Grade 9/10Full-Time Temporary to 30 June 2026 with the possibility of extensionParramatta location with hybrid working weekly attendance.This role sits in the Business Process Operations (BPO) branch within Government Shared Services (GSS).About the teamThis newly established teams purpose is to support the delivery of the strategic roadmap to consolidate and harmonise shared services processes, operations and systems across the NSW public sector.Involving the consolidation and optimisation of service and processes across the BPO team, the program will lead to improved operational effectiveness and a better customer and employee experience.About the roleThe Senior Business Analyst will identify, analyse and document business processes and services including gap analysis between current and future state, to ensure readiness for go-live and support efficient delivery of business operations and performance in line with organisational strategies and operational plans.Note This is a Business BA role a not a technical/system/IT BA role.Recruitment processThis is a bulk recruitment round that will appoint successful applicants to a Talent Pool.
