You will be responsible for overseeing the planning process from inception to completion, ensuring that our solutions are innovative, sustainable, and aligned with the needs of the community. Your leadership will be crucial in driving project success and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.You will:Lead and manage a diverse range of urban planning projects.Provide strategic advice to clients, stakeholders, and government bodies.Mentor and develop a talented team of planners.Foster strong relationships with clients and industry partners.Drive innovative solutions that balance growth, sustainability, and community needs.About you:A degree in Urban Planning or a related field.Extensive experience in urban planning, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.A passion for creating vibrant, sustainable, and liveable communities.Why Urbis?Urbis is committed to fostering an inclusive, flexible, and diverse work environment.
