Look no further!Were on the hunt for a Sales Executive to join our passionate and achievement focused Field Sales team, looking after the Coromandel area.We are open to candidates who are based in Whangamata, Whitianga or Thames.Due to the region and nature of this role, there is some travel and consecutive overnight stays required as part of this role.Our Sales Executives are our go-to people that develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers across their territory. Reporting to our Sales Manager, were looking for a self-starter who will enjoy a role with autonomy, understands the balance between building/developing relationships with strong organisation and prioritisation skills. What does a day in the life of a Lion Sales Executive look like?You will work with our established Grocery, On Premise & Traditional liquor customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to promotional planning & execution with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers handsYou will travel to our customer venues to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support themYou will be an absolute brand and company advocate delivering growth through on-point and determined brand executionWork with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing TeamAlways be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customersYou are the face of Lion in your area.The key to your success will be:Effectively developing strong customer partnershipsStrong organisation and planning capabilitiesAgility to pick up systems and processes quicklyA hunger to win with a thirst for learningThe ability to adapt and respond to changeA growth mindset andcreative problem solvingCommercial and business acumenIf you are a great problem solver, are an effective planner and consistently deliver to these plans while genuinely enjoy working with people and getting the best outcome for all, we want to hear from you.
