This dual role involves fabrication and inspection of government and mining infrastructure projects in our workshop.Successful Applicants MustBe experienced in structural/plate fabrication and weldingInterpret workshop drawingsInspect welds against specifications for conformanceSet welding machines and weld using Solid and Flux Core welding wireHold Cert III Boilermaker QualificationPossess one of the following certifications: CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector, IWI-B Welding Inspector, AS1796 Cert 10 Welding Supervisor, or AS2214 Welding SupervisorHave experience with MS Word and Excel (advantageous)Be able to attend a short interview and provide referencesWhat We Are OfferingImmediate start, with potential for long-term employmentWork in a safety-focused workshopVariety of fabrication projectsAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramContinuous workload38 hours per weekAdditional InformationRemuneration to be discussed based on experience and skills.
