This role is responsible for contributing to the delivery of a centralised, national delivery model for candidate support services to the ADF.You will:Lead a centralised team of Candidate Experience Consultants, delivering outstanding customer service to our prospective candidates, as the contemplate a career within the Australian Defence Force.Review interactions to ensure candidate experience is delivered by the Candidate Experience team to the highest possible standard, ensuring compliance standards are met in all instances.Create a culture of honesty, openness, and support within the team.Coach, develop and support team to achieve established KPIs.Build effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a focus on collective success and a solutions mindset.Maintain team performance reports, key metrics reporting, tracking of performance against team objectives/targets, reporting on candidate satisfaction, and awareness of workload to ensure team is tracking against targets, and that reporting can be provided to Candidate Experience Lead or other key stakeholders, as requested/required.Develop, manage and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the DFR Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia.About youTo be successful in this role, you will have experience leading operational teams to achieve positive customer focused outcomes. Call centre leadership experience or recruitment experience is helpful but not essential for success in this role.
