Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a relevant discipline is preferrable. A sound understanding of banking industry drivers, including regulation, is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial, as is the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
