Your responsibilities include managing existing client accounts, ensuring license renewals, supporting project engagements, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This role combines client management, technical knowledge, and business development.Responsibilities:Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business objectives, data challenges, and needs to identify opportunities for our solutions.License Management & Renewals: Oversee license renewals, ensuring timely processing and exploring upselling opportunities.Support & Project Facilitation: Act as the main contact for support and project inquiries, communicate needs to technical teams, and ensure client satisfaction.New Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts for implementation, training, consulting, and licensing.Solution Advocacy: Develop a strong understanding of our data analytics solutions, especially those leveraging Google Analytics and Google Cloud Platform, to articulate their value.Collaboration: Work with sales and technical teams, share client feedback, and contribute to product and service improvements.Reporting & Forecasting: Keep records of client interactions, renewals, and sales activities; assist in forecasting and reporting efforts.Minimum Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within data analytics, SaaS, or technology industries.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Knowledge:Understanding of Data Analytics methodologies and best practices.Familiarity with the MarTech landscape and marketing data sources.Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and strategies.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionResearch, Analyst, and Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
