Our diverse expertise enables us to give clients the confidence to focus on impactful growth.Job DescriptionOur Enterprise Deals practice is composed of passionate professionals providing high-quality analysis, strategic focus, and disciplined execution to help clients renew and transform their enterprises. The team works closely with clients throughout the entire M&A lifecycle, offering due diligence, financial analytics, advice on transaction-related accounting, review of Sale and Purchase Agreements, and Investigating Accountant Reports for IPOs. We foster a collaborative environment, supporting sophisticated, expert, and technology-enhanced M&A advice.Your OpportunityAs part of the Transaction Services team, you will:Lead financial due diligence engagements for high-growth clients.Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify key performance metrics and value drivers.Communicate with clients regarding business performance, cash flow forecasts, and valuation drivers.Think critically, identify issues, and propose strategic solutions.Develop a deep understanding of businesses through analysis of financials, cash flow, working capital, and performance drivers.Participate in a team that values professional mentoring and coaching.What Makes You ExtraordinaryYou excel in communication, able to share ideas, inspire, and create change.
