Join WWT today!World Wide Technologys Enterprise Solutions & Architecture (ES&A) practice is building nextgeneration digital humans and intelligent agents for enterprise and customerfacing experiences. To succeed, we need a senior AI platform engineer who can think like a DevOps lead, code like a Software Engineer, and tune AI systems like an MLOps specialist, all while leveraging the full NVIDIA software ecosystem. If you thrive on moving between infrastructure automation, handson feature work, and realtime AI performance tuning, this role was written for you.Role SummaryYou will own the endtoend design, coding, deployment, and operation of our AI platforms with a special focus on NVIDIAs Digital Human stack (Tokkio, ACE, NeMo, Maxine, Omniverse, etc.). Expect to split your time roughly 60% DevOps/AI Ops, 30% handson coding, and 10% model lifecycle/MLOps. One week you may be pairing with data scientists to productionize LLM pipelines; the next you are kneedeep in Terraform, Helm, and CUDA kernels, reducing latency from a Tokkio-powered avatar.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform & DevOpsBuild and maintain GPUaccelerated Kubernetes clusters (NGC Helm Charts, Kubeflow, K8s operators).Create CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Jenkins) that ship both code and models into prod multiple times per day.Automate infrastructureascode (IaC) with Terraform / Pulumi across AWS, Azure, or onprem Dell/NVIDIA DGX.Potential travel 10% as needed.Model & Data LifecyclePartner with data scientists to containerize, benchmark, and tune LLMs, diffusion, and multimodal models.Curate feature and vector stores; enforce data governance and lineage (LakeFS, Feast).Write performant backend services in Python/C++ (CUDA, Triton, TensorRTLLM) and Typescript.Integrate digitalhuman components such as Tokkio, Riva speech, Maxine eyecontact, Audio2Face, and expose them via gRPC/REST.Contribute reusable SDKs, libraries, and CLI tools for internal teams as needed.Educational/Experience RequirementsMinimum:10+ years building and running production software; 2+ years focused on AI/ML systems.CI/CD and IaC mastery (GitOps, Terraform, Helm).Production Kubernetes, Docker, and GPU scheduling experience.Strong Linux skills and comfortable profiling GPU workloads.Expertlevel Python plus one systems language (C++, Go, Rust, or Java).Deep familiarity with NVIDIA software such as Tokkio/ACE, NeMo, Triton Inference Server, TensorRT, Maxine, CUDA.Preferred:Masters degree CS, Math, or related disciplineExperience shipping realtime conversational avatars or virtual assistants.Contributions to opensource AI ops or MLOps projects (Kubeflow, MLflow, KServe).The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
