PreSales Consultant (Security and Networking)Join to apply for the PreSales Consultant (Security and Networking) role at a23.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant with expertise in network security and cyber architecture design. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across cybersecurity and enterprise networking, supporting client engagements in government and enterprise sectors.Responsibilities include leading technical discovery, contributing to solution strategy, and managing the technical design and delivery of solutions based on Zscaler, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Azure, and Aruba. Our teams deliver secure, scalable solutions for government and enterprise clients, enabling AI insights, infrastructure transformation, and mission-critical security.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary SME for Zscaler architecture and implementation, leading technical engagements and pre-sales activities.Design and deliver SASE, SSE, Zero Trust solutions, including SWG, ZTNA, CASB, DLP in hybrid environments.Provide technical support during solution scoping, design, and proposal development.Lead technical discussions, contribute to security strategies, and assist in enterprise IT transformation planning.Support sales with presentations, demos, and proof-of-value activities.Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure best practices and customer success.Contribute to the strategic growth of a23 and uphold company values.Qualifications & Experience3+ years as a Senior Pre-Sales Architect or Consultant, preferably in a Systems Integrator environment.Ability to obtain an Australian Security Clearance (AGSVA).Deep technical knowledge of Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).Experience with network and security architecture, including Azure and M365 is desirable.Technical Skills & CertificationsExpertise in cybersecurity solutions and protocols, firewalls, SIEM, SASE, EDR/MDR/TDR.Knowledge of security standards like NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust.Certifications such as ZCCA/ZCCP, Fortinet NSE, Microsoft Security are advantageous.Communication & Presentation SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.Experience engaging senior technical and business leaders, translating needs into solutions.Proficiency in requirements gathering, architecture planning, and documentation.Additional InformationAll employees receive the a23 Policy Handbook and are expected to adhere to health and safety policies, report concerns, and act in accordance with WHS legislation. a23 values diversity and encourages applications from all backgrounds, including Indigenous, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
