We have multiple 12-month contract roles available, both full-time and part-time (3 days per week). We offer flexible work arrangements with a mix of work from home and in the office.What Youll Be DoingApplying legal knowledge to interpret insurance policies and resolve disputes, preparing correspondence, complaints outcome letters and dispute submissions to defend matters in the AFCA processEngaging in negotiations to resolve complaints with our customers in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring a thoughtful resolution process adherence to relevant laws and regulationsEngaging with customers and stakeholders, providing clear guidance and support.Assessing complaints carefully, making well-reasoned decisions, and communicating outcomes with empathyBuild relationship with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with a knowledgeable and supportive team to share insights and continuously improve the way we help our customersGaining relevant real-world experience that allows you to utilise your legal knowledge with opportunities for career advancementWhat Were Looking ForA foundational understanding or exposure to concepts like dispute resolution, legal principles, or insurance contracts dont worry if you havent worked in these areas yet, a willingness to learn is key!A Law Degree and/or mediation qualification or experience is a bonusA genuine focus on helping people, paired with strong communication skills, an ability to think critically, and creative problem solving to work through challengesConfidence in listening attentively and expressing your thoughts clearly, even when things get busy or complicatedA knack for staying organised and managing your time effectively, balancing tasks to deliver results in a dynamic environment.If youre eager to make a meaningful impact, build your skills through dedicated training and support, and be part of a collaborative team,wed love to hear from you!
