This role will see you answering inbound calls & emails from customers, managing enquiries on existing bookings as well as making new sales on our incredible cruise holidays all while providing exceptional customer service.Work 5 days a week in a rostered environment, between the hours of 8.30am - 7pm Mon-Fri and 9am - 5pm Sat. You will have the confidence to build rapport & strong customer relationships over the phone. You are driven, focused on results and committed to service excellence. As part of a close-knit team, your outgoing personality and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the work done will set you apart from your competitors.To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate:2 years experience as a Cruise Consultant or in a contact centre customer service & sales environmentCustomer service and sales experience, including a track record in achieving/exceeding targetsOutstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work autonomously and part of a highly successful teamExcellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasksConfidence using a computer with intermediate MS OfficeStrong administration, attention to detail and accuracy skillsAbility to be in the office for 3 weeks product and systems training to ensure you are set up for success!We are seeking someone with the right attitude to fit into our fun and supportive culture so, if you meet the above requirements, have an outgoing personality and solid work ethic, please send your application for consideration.
