This position requires a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and Workdays functionalities to ensure seamless integration and operation.You will also engage/partner with clients and advise them on the use of Workday to meet their business objectives to deliver high-quality solutions. You will gain domain expertise plus a fresh perspective of looking at the industry.WHAT YOU''LL BE DOINGImplementation & Configuration:Configure workday payroll systems to align with client requirements and organisational goals.Take responsibility for implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the systemManage integrations between Workday Payroll and external systems such as financial platforms and external agencies.Process Optimisation:Communication of Workday capabilities in relation to the clients needs, recommending solutions for optimal business practices and identifying and evaluating inefficienciesEnsure data accuracy and streamline workflows to improve operational efficiency.Compliance & Reporting:Ensure payroll processes adhere to local, state, and federal regulationsDevelop payroll reports with accuracy and timely submission enabling auditing for compliance.Troubleshooting & Support:Identify, analyse, and resolve payroll-related issues within Workday.Enable our clients by creating end user training documentation and conduction training sessionsProvide post-go-live support and resolve system/process related inquiries.Corporate InitiativesImplement our Trust Program policies, processes and practices - be a champion of our four pillars of security, privacy, compliance and riskAdhere to all clients requirements related to the four pillars of our Trust program and their overall governance structureUnderstand the company purpose and focus for the year, including Organisation and Developing Me Initiatives with the help of your LeadContribute to the growth of Mivada by living our Purpose and supporting the attainment of North Star objectivesRequirementsWHO YOU AREBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience working closely with Human Resource teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR business processes and payroll.Solid system integration experience in ADP adaptive, iChris or PrecedaFamiliarity with compliance requirements such as tax, superannuation, leave, garnishments, and financial reporting for AustraliaProficient in leveraging any HRIS or payroll systems for day-to-day operations, such as data entry, report generation, workflow management and processing payroll)Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing and configuring any HRIS/Payroll systemSoft Skills:Experience in working on Agile and waterfall projectsExcellent listening, problem-solving and analytical abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Advanced excel capabilityAble to work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred but Not RequiredDemonstrated experience in successfully implementing and configuring Workday Payroll systemsCertified in Workday HCM Functional & PayrollBenefitsWHY JOIN USEveryone who joins our team is treated as a trusted member of the team, not a number.
