We are seeking a Lead Rosters Governance to provide strategic governance and manage the AV Rostering system within our Operational Logistics Department. This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, the successful candidate must maintain a presence at Burwood in accordance with our hybrid working model. About The Role Manage and maintain backend system configuration, including codes, shift tags, leave codes, certifications, crewing IDs, and other critical system elements, ensuring they align with approved business cases and budgets. Conduct periodic audits and reviews of the rostering system to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement. Develop standard processes for requesting, sharing, defining, producing, and using data to ensure clear engagement with internal customers for data analysis and reporting. Lead the development, governance, and monitoring of policies and procedures for managing rostering system changes in collaboration with the Rosters Senior Lead and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with naming conventions and business rules to maintain system integrity and usability. About You Applicants should possess a postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification (or be progressing towards it), along with substantial relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Additional requirements include: Experience in system governance, configuration management, or similar roles. Knowledge of UKG Workforce Manage Pro system, especially backend configurations. Ability to develop and implement processes, guidelines, and training programs. Leadership skills to manage and guide teams, and to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
