Own Brand & Growth StrategyLead brand development across markets and establish category leadershipDrive top-of-funnel growth through smart content, partnerships, media, and eventsArticulate and amplify the companys value to pharma, biotech, and digital health innovators2. Build and Scale Agency-as-a-ProductLead the transformation of internal marketing services into a repeatable productCollaborate with engineering to embed automation and generative AI across workflowsDevelop the service playbookfrom execution to creative to optimisation3. Operate as a Strategic and Hands-On LeaderBalance big-picture thinking with day-to-day executionWork cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineeringPlay a key role in defining the future of the businesss go-to-market strategyAbout YouYoure an experienced marketer who blends creativity with commercial thinking.
