As part of the ANZ Group, applying to Suncorp Bank will direct you to ANZ systems, and you will receive correspondence and notifications from ANZ during the recruitment process.About the RoleAs the Customer 1:1 Marketing Lead, you will shape and execute a personalised, data-driven lifecycle marketing strategy to onboard, engage, and retain customers throughout their journey with us.Role Location: Brisbane or MelbourneRole Type: 12 months fixed term / secondmentWhat will your day look like?As a Customer 1:1 Marketing Lead, you will:Lead a talented team to deliver innovative, customer-focused communications via email, SMS, and physical mail, ensuring impactful customer experiences.Own and deliver reports, using data insights to inform strategies and optimise customer engagement.Enhance customer experience by integrating the latest regulatory, privacy, and technical best practices, with support from subject matter experts.Deepen understanding of Suncorp Banks data architecture, collaborating with data teams, risk, and senior leaders to resolve data issues.Build strong relationships across teams, departments, and external partners to drive success.Manage budgets effectively to meet team goals and objectives.What will you bring?To succeed, you will ideally have:Experience in developing and executing personalised, segmented communications across the customer journey.Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Unica, Pega, Responsys, Adobe).Leadership experience managing multiple initiatives and delivering results.Understanding of SPAM and privacy regulations, with experience managing compliance.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.Having most of these skills is sufficient; a growth mindset is valued at ANZ.Why join us?Suncorp Bank, part of the ANZ Group, is committed to supporting the financial wellbeing of over a million customers.
