Your role is central to Youi''s reputation and relationships, playing a crucial part in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most.By being the direct point of contact for clients and all service providers, you''ll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.About the roleOnsite and full time, working Monday-Friday onlyNo insurance experience required as full paid training providedManaging your own portfolio of claimsHelping our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finishProblem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and YouiBe a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and Assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim within your portfolioAbout youExceptional verbal and written communication skillsEffectively present and articulate informationExperience in administration, with high attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilitiesFamiliarity with case or portfolio management is a plusExperience in navigating and quickly learning computer systems is highly beneficialDon''t tick every box?
