The role involves conducting exploratory data analysis, research, and managing workforce compliance reporting to stakeholders.The key responsibilities include:Delivering operational and strategic workforce planning and compliance reporting through detailed research and analysis.Planning and executing data analytics projects within tight deadlines, ensuring quality and actionable insights.Maintaining data quality in workforce management programs to meet compliance requirements.Providing responsive LM reporting and system services to clients and stakeholders.Supporting workforce training information activities, including correspondence and reporting processes.Aligning workforce data and reporting with Queensland Government HR practices.Providing user support and training on Learning Management System and reporting capabilities.Identifying and raising HR and LM data risks and issues proactively.Co-designing data visualisations and implementing dashboards for senior leaders.Developing and maintaining the Learning Management Workforce Analytics platforms with technical partners.Fostering team collaboration and capability development.Applications remain current for 12 months.
