Work is a mix of day and night shifts(your preference) with the chance to travel statewide.Key Responsibilities:Manage small teams and delegate tasks effectivelyMaintain safety, quality, and documentation standardsEngage in regular toolbox meetings and continuous improvementLiaise with clients and represent EHS with professionalismWhat Youll Need:Strong HVAC hygiene or duct cleaning experiencePrevious team leadership or supervisory experienceKnowledge of NADCA standards (ASCS/VSMR certified?
