Join a well-renowned Tier 2 HVAC contractor experiencing growth after securing new projects. They seek a Project Manager specializing in the commercial fit-out space, with experience managing multiple smaller projects up to $500k. The company is open to speaking with Junior PMs who have managed their own smaller projects or an experienced minor works PM. There are opportunities to progress into larger projects within a diverse portfolio across Tier 2 & 1 sectors. What your day looks like: Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion. Oversee project planning, procurement, and resource allocation for successful execution of projects. Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet technical specifications and project requirements. Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining safety and quality standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. About you: Minimum of 2 years HVAC project management experience in commercial fit-out or minor works projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and project management from scope to handover. Skills in quoting, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Remuneration & Benefits: Up to $120k plus super, based on skills and experience. Car allowance or company vehicle. Opportunity to progress onto larger projects. Supportive management team.
