Client Services Manager/ Senior Administrator - Accounting Firm02nd April, 2025Are you an experienced Administrator within an accounting firm? Are you looking for a diverse role within a supportive and friendly team? This firm is conveniently located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, just a short walk from Wynyard Station. We are currently looking for a proactive Senior Administrator to oversee administrative compliance. You will contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture and create operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:ATO compliance - creation of ABN, TFN, GST registration, change of client details, ATO liaison and correspondenceASIC compliance - Annual statements, change of company details, deregistration of company, change of Directors, registration of company and trustsSystems and software maintenance, updating client''s information via Handisoft, the firm is converting to a new leading edge software to the industryYou will be required to answer phones on a short-term or part-time basisDistribution of mail - the mail is delivered directly to the firmPut together the client packages and accompanying cover letterASIC and ATO software are NowInfinity and ATO MateThis is an office-based role - flexibility given where required; however will predominantly be in officeAbout You:5 + years of experience working in accounting firms as an admin assistantExtensive and in-depth knowledge of ATO and ASIC compliance requirementsHappy to process work from the ground upSelf-motivated, highly reliable and have a positive outlookHighly professional with a mature outlookOrganised, detail-oriented and ProactiveAustralian Citizen or Permanent ResidentWhat''s in it for you:Working with a friendly team and PartnerPotential growth into an operational role over time.
