Based at our office in Campbellfield, VIC, this full-time, permanent position involves managing debtor accounts, debt recovery, and reconciliation of COD accounts.ResponsibilitiesProtect and maximize revenue inflow through efficient management of customer accounts, credit, and cash collection.Collaborate with all teams to maximize returns, minimize customer default risk, and enhance debt collection.Support Credit Management by ensuring visibility of credit issues and escalating process non-compliance and trading terms violations.Contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining processes and procedures under the guidance of the team lead.Maintain ongoing data, including credit limit reviews and compliance with credit applications.What you will need to succeedExperience in credit control within a high-volume collection environment.Excellent negotiation skills and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.Ability to identify, develop, and implement initiatives to improve accounts receivable processes and services.About Our BusinessAdbri is a construction materials and industrial minerals manufacturing company that has been building a better Australia since 1882.
