Surgical Services comprises 17 surgical units, Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine, operating suites, two planned surgical inpatient wards, a medical day unit, day surgery admissions, and endoscopy services.The PSC oversees the Planned Surgery Preparation List, Medical Planned Waiting List, and Pre-Admission Clinic across both The Alfred and Sandringham Hospital.The Surgical Specialist Clinics deliver non-admitted services supporting clinical care across all surgical units. Services are delivered by medical, nursing, and allied health professionals at The Alfred, Sandringham, and Caulfield campuses, including via telehealth.About The RoleThe Workforce and Development Lead is a key member of the Surgical Services leadership team.
