The primary focus involves assessing property conditions for existing and newly acquired properties, including high-priority programs like the High-rise Redevelopment Program. A strong knowledge of building and trades, project coordination, computer literacy, and contract management are essential to investigate, report on costs, quality, timeliness, and compliance with contracts and building codes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct desktop and on-site inspections to identify and report on property conditions, initiate maintenance works with contractors, and track completion.Prepare detailed reports on property conditions and necessary works to meet government standards.Ensure maintenance processes adhere to contractual and service standards.How to ApplyRead the full position description for more details.
