WesTrac are looking for a motivated Area Manager Component Rebuild Center Powertrain to join our team reporting to the Operations Manager.The Area Manager is responsible for managing the financial and operational performance of the CRC Powertrain teams ensuring high compliance to plan whilst ensuring safety, quality and efficiency are of the highest standard resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction.This individual will be required to demonstrate effective leadership whilst being responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to their teams, building and driving a culture that is safe, productive and enjoyable.
