We will do this by embedding our values to lead the organisation with a focus on safer gambling and good business practices.Our properties across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney are world-class with many award-winning hotels, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.As our Platform Delivery Lead reporting to the Head of Gaming & Digital Technologies, you will be responsible for building and improving a range of internally built and vendor supplied, most requiring regulatory approval, products that create meaningful value for customers and all stakeholders within the company.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be working with key stakeholders across the business to prioritise the product backlog and coordinate with business, vendors and internal IT teams to ensure that all systems are enhanced and maintained at current supported levelsA few of your responsibilities:Develop and maintain a Gaming Platform feature backlog. A list of product enhancements and bug fixes for each vendor and internally built application.Accountable for end to end operations of relevant products full end to end, infrastructure, network, cyber security, Change (design, build, test, deploy) and Run. Including the successful transition of products into BAU business and technology support teamsWorking closely with key stakeholders to collaboratively develop and deliver the product roadmap / timeline for the gaming platformBecome an SME for the gaming platform systems.Develop a solid understanding of the Gaming business operations and the role that technology plays in assisting delivering business outcomes that drive revenue growthManagement of business and IT resources to deliver various small initiativesEngagement with Regulators, internal Regulatory affairs department and external Testing Partners to ensure approval to deploy highly regulated p[products into the market in 2 states across 3 propertiesSmall enhancements and configuration (no code change), minor patches, Infrastructure upgrades, Cyber enhancements (application or infra related) etc.What we are looking for:Experience in similar (e.g. Project Manager / BA / Product Manager / Owner)Bachelors degree (Business/E-Commerce/Marketing/Information Systems) or equivalent experienceProduct lifecycle experience within software, development and analysis understandingStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisationA motivated individual who takes initiative and can manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environmentVendor Management experience and has a background working in a highly regulated environmentAbout you:Youre a proactive and experienced Platform Delivery Lead with a strong understanding of gaming platforms.
