Working closely with the General Manager and existing sales team, you will craft and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to secure new business and retain existing accounts, ensuring revenue growth across all segments.Your Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.Identify and secure new business opportunities while building and nurturing strategic relationships with long-term key accounts to drive repeat business, maximise revenue streams, and achieve financial targets.Drive innovation in Conference & Events, positioning the hotel as the go-to destination for corporate events, social gatherings, and weddings.Foster strong relationships with TMCs, PCOs, venue finders, and other key stakeholders to maximise business opportunities.Leverage social media platforms and local marketing strategies to engage the community and increase venue foot traffic.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs and expectations.About You:You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in Sales & Marketing within the hotel industry.
