Cybersecurity Solution Architect1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Our WhyDatacom works with organisations and communities across Australia and New Zealand to make a difference in people''s lives and help organisations use the power of tech to innovate and grow.Our WhyDatacom works with organisations and communities across Australia and New Zealand to make a difference in people''s lives and help organisations use the power of tech to innovate and grow.About The Role (Your Why)The core objectives and responsibilities of the Cybersecurity Solutions Architect is to ensure that security requirements necessary to protect our clients mission and business processes are adequately addressed in all aspects of architecture including reference models, segment and solution architectures, and the resulting systems supporting those missions and business processes.Please note, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to achieve Australian Government NV1 clearance to be successful in your application for this role.What You''ll DoTechnical ArchitectureDocument and address Clients information security, cybersecurity architecture, and systems security engineering requirementsProduce security solution architecture designs and perform security design reviews for Client projects and initiatives using Agile and traditional project deliveryDesign new service capabilities and oversight of technical solutions based on Cyber Security requirements and adherence to the Cyber Security policy, standards and controlsGovernanceReview and audit architectural deliverablesMaintain architectural standards and principlesDeliveryCollaborate on critical IT projects to ensure that security issues are addressed throughout the project life cycleWork with CDOC, Datacom Teams and with other risk functions to identify security requirements using Cyber Security design principles and industry good practicesConsulting services on architecture and design of solutionsPresalesWork with our customers and partners to design solutions, scope professional service engagements and managed services aligned with Datacom''s cybersecurity portfolioWhat You''ll BringMinimum of 10 Years in an IT technical role or similarProven experience in Security Solution Design and ImplementationExperience in cybersecurity presales, tender responses, and solution pricingExperience in IT Service Management with a focus on security applicationsExperience in working with security tools such as: SIEM, anti-malware, endpoint security, URL and application control, IDS/IPS, email filteringThorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocolsKnowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity and privacyKnowledge of the enterprise information technology (IT) architectural concepts and patternsTo be eligible for this role, the candidate must be an Australian Citizen and possess at least a Baseline clearance or be capable of obtaining a baseline clearanceWhy join us here at Datacom?Datacom is one of Australia and New Zealand''s largest suppliers of Information Technology professional services.
