Our team of consultants work together in our centrally located office assisting our customers create solutions which dramatically change the way they work.Service Quality is growing rapidly and we are looking for new team members with energy, enthusiasm, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Each consultant will be trained and mentored to deliver innovative and high quality technology solutions for our customers while working closely with other team members.Role DescriptionYou will be part of a team of consultants performing the following activities:Configure software solutions on low code platforms to align with a customer''s business needs and expectations (this is not a software developer role)Identify innovation and process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness for customersWork as part of a team on larger projects to provide end to end solutions for our customersEngage with customers and, in collaboration, identify their requirementsContribute to our company culture so we can also grow with youQualificationsWith a mix of business understanding and a good affinity with technology supported by strong interpersonal skills, you will enjoy working with and supporting customers and colleagues and be excited by the prospect of envisioning and creating solutions that empower a customer''s business.The following items are required for this role:Ability to demonstrate a strong affinity with technology through formal studies with a technology component (or equivalent work experience)The ability to complete Australian government security clearances (Australian citizenship required)Confident communication skills with the ability to break down complex concepts that can be understood by business usersAdministration, configuration or implementation experience on one of the key ITSM products (Cherwell, Ivanti, ServiceNow, Halo, Jira) would be well regarded but not essentialSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
