You will need to have a strategic approach to regulatory change, ensuring that potential and current changes are identified, understood, and communicated effectively across all levels of ART. You will need a strong understanding of how a superannuation fund operates and the regulatory environment.Key Aspects Of This Role IncludeRegulatory and Legislative ChangeTaking a strategic focus and lead the identification and assessment of regulatory changes affecting the ART Group from a strategic and practical point of view.Working with the Business to ensure regulatory change actions align with the Legislative and Regulatory Change Framework, including ensuring they are captured in ART''s GRC system.Manage ARTs responses to technical Regulator consultations.Educate staff on the Regulatory and Legislative Framework, including managing the Advisory Working Group (AWG).Oversee team members in supporting the Regulatory and Legislative Change Framework.CommunicationCommunicate new regulatory changes and there impacts to the ART Group through a variety of forums including, presenting to the Executive and the weekly Regulatory Newsfeed report.Collaborate with the Senior Manager - Regulatory Engagement & Affairs to draft Regulatory updates for Board Committees and senior Management.Continuous ImprovementIdentify improvements to the teams responsibilities so there is a continual uplift of ART Groups maturity in this area.Risk ManagementUndertake risk management activities as directed, including BCP Plans, Control Self Assessments, and Data Governance in Archer.This role is available as a permanent opportunity.About YouIt goes without saying you''ll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills.
