Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will spearhead the delivery of first-class innovative pharmacy services to the Hospital, which includes Oncology Pharmacy services, and Chemotherapy Compounding.About the RoleAs a Pharmacist Team Leader, you will be overseeing a team of 6 Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging daily operational and dispensing activities in the pharmacyEnsure the ongoing development and maintenance of the pharmacies services and resourcesPlanning daily, weekly, and long-term goals, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.Coordinating rosters and workload allocationLeading the in-house oncology compounding servicesOverall responsibility for the pharmacy clinical trial serviceSelection CriteriaWe are seeking experienced Pharmacists with proven leadership skills to guide our team.
