You will be welcomed in a positive and welcoming environment in a well-resourced, quality child care centre. Centre operates 48 weeks a year, with children of 2 - 5 years old. Its the ideal job for semi-retired directors or someone looking for a change in lifestyle!Only 25 or less children per day in the centre3 min drive from centre to famous warm springs with free entryAbility to provide shared housing if needed at an affordable price (Estimate from $120+ per room)20% discount on childcare feesThe RoleOversee the day-to-day operation of our long day careBe a dependable educational leader and work with a small team of educatorsApprove programs from educators and contribute ideasMaintain a safe and healthy environment for children and team membersEnsure all documentation adheres to regulatory standardsCommunicate closely with parents and service providerHonest, diligent and passionate characterRole RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)*Prior experience as an assistant Director or Director (Preferred) open to accepting new graduates as well*Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment processProfessional verbal, written and interpersonal skillsAbility to work 30 hours + per weekAbility to work during shift hours (ranging from) 8am - 4:30pm Monday to FridayApplicant ready to start work in 2025Applicants must have unrestricted work rights in Australia, either as a citizen or permanent resident.*Pay depends on qualifications and experience.Apply todayApply by sending your resume through to admin@littlediggerspreschool.com (NO .au).
