Were looking for a driven, professional, and experienced Store Manager to lead this exciting venture. Reporting directly to the Tissot Brand Manager, this role is key to representing the Tissot brand and driving its presence in the Sydney market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve sales targetsEnsure smooth running of the day-to-day store operations and team performanceCoach employees on KPI''s on a weekly basisRegular sales and operational reportingUpdate rosters and scheduling of the workforce throughout the storeSupport recruitment processes, interviews, and ensure smooth on-boarding of new employeesStay up to date with Tissot E-learning platformConduct regular sales and product training to coach and develop the teamUphold all company and brand policies and proceduresEnsure the visual merchandising guidelines are adhered toOversee inventory management and stock proceduresHandle elevated customer complaintsConduct formal performance appraisals and provide ongoing feedbackUphold the highest level of professionalism and customer serviceSkills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years retail experience in a premium sector preferredPrevious experience in retail managementTertiary qualifications in Business Administration preferredHighly developed and proven customer service skillsStrong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent organisational and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communicationEnergy, drive and enthusiasmHow To ApplyClick APPLY to submit your application.Job Location: Shop 2002A, Westfield Sydney, 188 Pitt St, 2000 Sydney, Australia (New South Wales)Company Address: The Swatch Group (Australia) PTY.
