Over the last 3 years, this firm has contributed to deals that have generated over $2 billion for the Australian economy. The firm is going from strength to strength, having doubled generated revenue within the last 5 years. HQd in Melbourne CBD, the firm also has a Canberra office servicing significant Federal Government clients.With expertise across Commercial/Corporate, Regulatory and Compliance, Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Construction across a range of industries, our client is well positioned to continue its growth trajectory and offer a dynamic, tailored partnership opportunity for an established Melbourne based partner.Whats on offer.The firm currently has 2 equity partners and 7 salaried partners, with the scope of equity becoming available within the next 18 24 months as the current partners look to retire from the firm.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced practitioner with a transportable commercial focused practice to:Lead and grow a portfolio of high-value clients across both private and government clientsWork collaboratively with a talented and collegiate team of lawyers who are passionate about innovation, social impact, and legal excellencePlay a pivotal role in strategic firm leadership, business development, and client relationship managementHave access to real autonomy, hybrid working arrangements, and strong operational support to focus on delivering outstanding legal outcomesTailored remuneration options are available depending on your requirements and practice.
