Youll be trusted with drafting affidavits, speaking with witnesses, preparing court documents, paralegal supervision, preparing documents for or with counsel, preparing key client engagement documents, working on transaction documents including deeds and agreements, and directly engaging with clients.- Exposure to Leading Counsel: Youll collaborate with barristers from leading chambers across a variety of specialty areas, gaining exposure to high-calibre mentorship and guidance.- Career Progression: With ambitions to grow into a senior associate, or perhaps progress to the Bar, youll have access to matters that fast-track your growth.This is a rare opportunity to join a practice thats experiencing a high demand for its services help us grow while advancing your career.What Youll BringWere looking for someone with:- 2-4 years post-admission experience in litigation (commercial and/or property/equity).- A timely and clear approach to communication with internal and external stakeholders- Strong drafting skills, especially with affidavits and court documents.- A talent for managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments, with close attention to deadlines and expected turnaround times.- An adaptable, proactive mindset with a hunger for growth.- Strong attention to detail, self-discipline, and organisation skills.- Experience in top-tier firms.- Advanced problem-solving skills.- Resilience, including working well under pressure and handling challenging conversations and communications.The Principal LawyerNathan brings from some of Australias top law firms and private companies.
