We encourage flexibility and autonomy in your role to foster an effective, efficient and rewarding working environment.Role and Responsibilities:Your role and responsibilities are to:Assume conduct of litigation matters and convert leads.Provide legal advice and court representation.Meet and consult with clients.Required skills and experience:Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:Admission to practise law in Western Australia, with at least 2 years post admission experience.Confident, ethical behaviour, be well-presented and courteous.Ability to effectively communicate with clients, other lawyers, and courts.Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify core legal issues and provide strategic advice to achieving a successful outcome for clients.Advanced written and oral communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident of Australia, or hold an appropriate visa entitling you to work full time in Australia.To Apply:Please email your application tohr@tanglaw.com.au.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.If you wish to discuss this opportunity in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us on (08) 9328 7525.
