About the role:As Engagement Manager at Right Lane Consulting, you will put your strategy consulting experience to work by structuring and leading consulting workstreams, shaping compelling analyses, leading the development of persuasive written reports, facilitating discussions and workshops, and managing all aspects of client engagements. You will work closely with our clients, generally in small consulting teams, to meet project deliverables.Right Lane Consulting is an ethical management consulting firm with the express purpose of helping organisations that do good do better. See more here.Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Engagement Manager to join our Melbourne or Sydney practice.As part of this role you will:Work closely with executive teams and boardsLead small and mid-sized engagements with the support of a senior team memberIdentify information sources, gather and interpret data, and present findingsDevelop client relationshipsFacilitate workshops to help clients achieve their desired outcomesDevelop new ideas for our clients and practice.To be successful at Right Lane you will have:Approx. 5+ years of strategy consulting experience at a leading management consulting firmIdeally an MBA or other relevant Masters degree, with outstanding educational achievementsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsThe ability to structure analyses and undertake them in a logical and efficient mannerAn ability to communicate complex ideas effectivelyStrong interpersonal, listening and influencing skills able to build relationships and gain confidence quicklyExcellent written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detailA willingness to learn and share knowledgeThe ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.You will be rewarded with:Direct social impact through the work you doAn opportunity to drive your individualised career plan and take part in a unique learning experienceFlexible work environment designed to optimise employee experience.We are deeply committed to Reconciliation, diversity and inclusion.
