Frequently visited by some of the worlds best athletes, artists and tastemakers, Culture Kings is ahead of its game offering an elite perspective of the ever-changing global streetwear landscape.The opportunityAn exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Store Manager to join the Culture Kings team at our Parramatta Westfield Store!In this hands-on & fast-paced role, you will INSPIRE, influence and coach a strong team. You will oversee the daily running of the store and ensure that we operate at a premium level always creating world-class experiences for our customers. This is the pinnacle retail role where you will be at the forefront of street fashion, not just following fashion trends but setting them.Our store trades 7 days a week so you must be available to work weekends, late nights, and holidays on a rotating roster.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong leadership and guidance to the store team and foster a positive and motivating work environment with a customer centric approachPrioritise exceptional customer service and ensure team are delivering outstanding customer experiences, building loyalty and proactively creating magic moments for Culture Kings customersOversee the store inventory, including stock levels, restocking and visual merchandising. Collaborate with the Regional Manager and the Merchandise team to optimize product assortment and ensure appropriate stock managementFacilitate onboarding and training sessions for new hires and ongoing development programs for store teams. Enhance product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service skills to empower teams to perform at their bestEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness and overall store aestheticManage store budgets and expenses and monitor and control costs to ensure maximum profitability whilst maintaining high quality standardsCollaborate with the marketing team to execute in store marketing campaigns and promotions effectivelyManage team rostering and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and optimise staffing levels to meet business needsSkills & ExperienceProven experience in retail management, with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store ManagerStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of retail staffExcellent sales and customer service acumen, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations and creating magical momentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisionsFamiliarity with visual merchandising principles and retail operationsFinancial literacy and experience in managing budgets and expensesAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic retail environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectivelyWhy Join Culture KingsConstant, never-ending career growth and progressionGenerous salary package & amazing team discountsExciting, fast-paced and dynamic environmentOngoing coaching and development to accelerate your career in retail managementAPPLY NOW!There has never been a more exciting time to join Culture Kings as we expand, innovate, and continue to be the most sought-after streetwear retailer on the market!
