What This Job Involves Manage the provision of facilities management in a Commonwealth-Owned Property within the designated WoAG portfolio. Develop sound working relationships with key client staff and key tenant representatives located in the property. Manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facilities.This position will assist the National Facilities Manager Director to deliver the full range of services to the Entity.Partnering with the Client/Stakeholder(s)Proactively engage client stakeholders to ensure that on site tenants expectations are metBuild and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisationFacilities Management ServicesManagement of Facilities as designated by the National Facilities ManagerEnsure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standardsRecommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operationsImplement building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all timesEnsure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are metReview existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standardsEnsure disaster recovering and business continuity plans are implemented and maintainedKeeping the numbers in checkActively work to ensure that the sites financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets and control requirements including the JLL Code of EthicsEnsure financial processes are followed at all timesEnsuring everyone stays safeThis role has the responsibility and duty of care to work safely, taking reasonable care to protect their own health and safety and that of fellow workers and visitors and to comply with the requirements of the health and safety guidelines, policies and rules.Ensuring everyone stays safeThis role has the responsibility and duty of care to work safely, taking reasonable care to protect their own health and safety and that of fellow workers and visitors and to comply with the requirements of the health and safety guidelines, policies and rules.Report and escalation of WHS near miss/good catches and incidents in accordance with CMO reporting tool and escalation matrix.Keeping an eye on the Site & OperationsRecommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is requiredUse and maintain a Property databasePreparedness to develop a strong understanding of the various property management database systemsComplete, update and maintain applicable web-based management information systems, including uploading various property documentationEnsure all data is held accurately in our systems to allow payment in a timely mannerLimiting Risk to JLL & WoAGEnsure the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program is implemented and maintained.Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and maintainedAdhere to JLLs business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firms guidelines, procedures and strategies #J-18808-Ljbffr
