Location:Office locations in Sydney, Australia OR Seoul, South KoreaHybrid flexible work policy - WFH 2 days per weekCompetitive salary & annual bonus includedAbout the jobThe Finance Business Partner (FBP) provides holistic financial support to the Pharma Multi Country Organisation (MCO) markets they oversee, in order to ensure achievement of business objectives, focusing on growth and transformation.The FBP aims at maximizing growth and profitability of growth assets as well as cash generation (notably through flawless execution of divestments). Ready to get started?Main responsibilities:Contributes to the creation of business value by working closely with Franchise heads.Provides commercial and financial support to the following franchises: Launches and/or Established Portfolio (Partner Alliance and Non-Promoted Portfolio).Proactively identifies financial risks and opportunities, while developing corrective actions to close gaps where they are required.Ensures the consistency of macro-economic hypothesis in the planning / budgeting / forecasting processes.Is accountable for MCO performance (beyond budget tracking) to identify risks and opportunities to dynamically re-allocate resources from EP to Growth and Launches.Prepares forward-looking analyses, focusing not only on past performance, but also foreseeing Risks & Opportunities in coming quarters/years with action plan proposals to ensure target achievements.Co-pilots and challenges the business investments and resources allocation through the appropriate use of KPIs, prioritization measures and operational analysis.Develops accurate financials for the forecasts, budget and strategy plan processes that reflect the business strategy.About youBachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar.Proven ability to manage multiple projects as well as work effectively with cross-functional partners.Ability to drive process improvement and change initiatives across the organization.Proven track record of leading and coaching staff to deliver superior results.Strong communication skills to build commitment, create adherence and interact efficiently with senior leaders and peers in General Medicine and Pharma International MCOs as well as other GBU Finance Heads.Deep business acumen and detailed market knowledge.Polished analytical skills to challenge and detect risks, draw the big picture and propose remediation or improvement actions.Why choose us?Whilst we work hard and aim to lead the market, we also value our people.
