Permanent Full Time | 40 Hours per week with Monthly ADOHS8 | $69.15 per hour plus above award allowanceAbout The RoleThe Director Digital Health, Services and Operations will provide technical and operational leadership to Grampians Health, and Grampians Rural Health Alliance (GRHA) member organisations.The Director is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of the Grampians Health Digital Health (Information Technology (IT)) operations. This role ensures the stability, security, and scalability of IT systems and services, aligning technology initiatives with business goals. The Director leads a team of IT professionals and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to deliver reliable, efficient, and innovative technology solutions and services.Grampians Health is undergoing a major digital and infrastructure transformation through two landmark projects: the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Project and the $655 million Ballarat Base Hospital Redevelopment. The EMR Project, targeted for completion in late 2026, will deliver a unified digital patient record across all care settings, in partnership with St Vincents Hospital Melbourne.
