This includes contract review and negotiation for procurement (services, technology, equipment, goods), supply chain, operations (facilities, format development), manufacturing, and wine production.You will also contribute to our strategic transformation program, One Endeavour, which involves establishing independent IT and business systems. Additionally, you will support initiatives to enhance legal processes and improve business outcomes.Our team embraces a hybrid working model, currently attending state-based offices on Tuesdays and Thursdays.Here is what you can expect in this role:An exciting full-time permanent role for a lawyer to join our growing legal team, reporting to a Senior Lawyer (Transition and Support) and led by the General Counsel (Transition, Property, Licensing, and Support).This role offers the opportunity to leverage your legal expertise, business acumen, and commercial insight to support a diverse range of commercial (including technology) matters and strategic projects. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy with support from a wider legal team.Endeavour is preparing to establish independent IT and business systems as it transitions from Woolworths platforms, requiring negotiation and implementation of various commercial and technology procurement agreements. This role will be integral to this business-critical initiative.The role involves negotiating and implementing a range of commercial agreements to help Endeavour achieve its strategic objectives, providing both strategic and day-to-day advice on issues related to commercial contracting and technology procurement.Support will primarily be provided to group-wide functions including Procurement, Technology, Transformation, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Wine Production, Hotels, wineries, and other corporate functions.What do we need from youNow lets talk about you:Degree in law, a legal practicing certificate, and a minimum of 4 years post-admission experience.Proven success in drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial and technology-related contracts, such as:Software as a Service (SaaS) agreementsCloud computing agreements (IaaS, PaaS)IT outsourcing agreementsSoftware licensing agreementsHardware procurement and maintenance agreementsData licensing and sharing agreementsExperience advising on technology-related regulatory compliance issues.In-house experience supporting large-scale IT and business system implementation or separation projects (preferred).What''s in it for you?The benefits are good too!Flexible working arrangementsAn exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphys, Woolworths, Big W, and other Endeavour Group brands, including ALH pubsMonthly meeting-free daysComprehensive health and wellbeing support, including free services for physical, mental, and financial healthOpportunities for growth through dedicated learning and development programsdream big with us!At Endeavour, we value a workplace where everyones welcome.
