These beloved products include condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy, meals, meats, refreshment beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and numerous other grocery products in a portfolio of more than 200 legacy and emerging brands.SummaryThe Manager, Strategy is responsible for supporting the delivery of projects/ initiatives with project management and analysis for the Strategy team and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This includes understanding the full end to end ANJ P&L to determine revenue, costs and profitability across multiple scenarios.Key responsibilitiesKey deliverables of the role include:Develop project plans focused on agreed scope, schedule, resources and expected deliverablesManage, with potentially the opportunity to lead, one or more workstreams with the objective of delivery on time and aligned with desired outcomesTrack status of each phase and steps of project timeline and objectives, being able to identify and flag any issues or risks.Influence and contribute to the decision making of key senior stakeholders through presentations and communications on proposed scenarios.Developing models for different strategic plans across the businessWorking cross functionally to understand the revenue, cost and profitability impacts of different scenariosMaking recommendations based on developed scenariosInitiative costingModelling specific initiatives related to all different lines i.e. Technology, People, sales, marketing, supply etcDeveloping proposals for specific initiatives to be approvedProviding models and reportingProvide reporting as required for Strategy team requestsPreparing proposals and presentations for internal and external partiesAnalysis of commercial and operational business trends to inform decision makingModelling to calculate profitability by category, segment and countryAbout you5+ years work experience that compliments financial training, experience in FCMG an assetBachelors Degree Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related discipline is desirableCorporate Finance experience in understanding end to end P&L of the businessAdvanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Access is a plusSystems knowledge a plus: Tableau, Demantra, JDAAdvanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
