You will own and develop strategic relationships with our largest clients in liquor, convenience, and retail sectors, driving growth and operational excellence. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships, executing large-scale merchant launches, developing growth strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, operations, and product teams. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with key merchants Oversee operational initiatives such as POS integrations and menu optimization Use data insights to grow merchant businesses and improve customer experience Manage merchant launches and other strategic initiatives Lead growth strategy discussions with partners Develop co-marketing plans to achieve business objectives Coordinate with internal teams to support merchant success Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years in account management, consulting, project management, client success, or sales Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Sheets, Excel, SQL Proven ownership and success in managing cross-functional projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Inquisitive mindset and strategic planning abilities Benefits & Culture We offer competitive compensation, health benefits, and a dynamic, inclusive work environment focused on growth, learning, and customer obsession.
