About the Role We seek a marketing professional passionate about making a difference in the disability sector. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end campaign management within the NDIS framework, supporting marketing and communications activities to engage customers and elevate brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Align behavior with WMQL values and develop marketing strategies in collaboration with service areas. Create local plans to drive leads and awareness. Execute campaigns with clear briefs to meet market share and revenue goals. Produce high-quality content for various platforms, ensuring compliance. Manage promotional materials and multimedia content creation. Plan and coordinate events. Report on marketing activities and optimize strategies. Manage budgets effectively. About You Qualifications in Marketing or related field, with 5+ years'' experience. Strong knowledge of marketing principles and campaign development. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
